He made a sexist joke about the year’s top movie – Barbie, and since Greta Gerwig’s film fights against gender stereotypes, many viewers thought Koy’s joke was tasteless and unnecessary. The joke in question was: “Oppenheimer is based on the 721-page Pulitzer Prize-winning book about the Manhattan Project — and ‘Barbie’ is about a plastic doll with big boobies.”
